WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO TAKE AN EXECUTIVE POSITION? I decided to take an executive position so I could contribute to the growth in our members. Since joining, I have grown as a person and gained many leadership and professional skills. I want to give back and help members see this same growth within themselves and I feel an executive position will help me expand my reach.
HOW ARE YOU INVOLVED ON CAMPUS AND IN LDPhi? I am involved in multiple organizations on campus including Gopher Dairy Club, Block and Bridle Club, Agricultural Education, Communication & Marketing Club, as well as the National Agrimarketing Association. I also hold the position of MAELC's Teach Ag Communications Intern through campus. In LDPhi, I have served on the Public Relations Committee for multiple semesters as well as the Date Party Committee.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE FUTURE FOLLOWING COLLEGE? After college, I strive to start an Agricultural Education Program in a Minnesota Urban Area.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LDPhi MEMORY? LDPhi has given me many great memories, but I would have to say my favorite is learning how to cook from sisters during my weekly cooking crew!
